Pentacles is run by Fortune Craft Studios ("we"). By signing in you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in.

Pentacles is free while we are in beta. Every new account gets three months free from its first sign-in. If we ever introduce a paid plan, we will tell you at least 30 days before any charge, and nothing is ever charged automatically — you would have to choose to pay. You can stop using Pentacles at any time.

What Pentacles is

A trading journal and a set of tools that work with your own Zerodha account and your own AI assistant (such as Claude). It keeps a record of your ideas, setups and trades, shows them with live prices, and — only when you click a button — places orders through your Zerodha account.

Not investment advice

Nothing in Pentacles is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You make every trading decision.
Pentacles is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and does not act as one. Ideas on your watchlist come from sources you choose and rules you write.
Trading involves the risk of losing money, including more than you expect. Past results, including anything the app scores, say nothing certain about the future.

Orders

An order is placed only when you click Take, Exit or Own… and confirm. You are responsible for every order placed from your account.
We do our best, but we do not guarantee that an order, a stop or a target (GTT) is placed, fills, or fills at a particular price. Brokers, exchanges and networks fail sometimes. Check your Zerodha account for the final word.

Your accounts

You sign in with your own Zerodha login. We never see your password. Zerodha ends sessions daily.
Zerodha and your AI assistant (for example Anthropic's Claude) are separate services with their own terms and charges. Anything you ask your assistant is handled under its provider's terms.
Keep your devices and sign-ins safe. Anyone using your signed-in browser can see and act on your account.

Fair use

Don't misuse Pentacles: no attempts to reach other people's data, overload the service or break the rules of Zerodha or the exchanges. We may suspend an account that does.

The service can change

Pentacles is provided as it is, while we build it. Features may change, pause or stop. We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or losses caused by outages, errors or third-party services, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version is shown here with a new date, and you accept it at your next sign-in. Material changes — such as introducing charges — come with notice first.
